Almost every home inspection finds something. That is normal, and it does not mean the deal is in trouble. It means the inspection did its job: it told you the truth about the home before you committed, not after.

The best time to fall in love with a home is after the inspection, not before.

It is easy to walk into a house, feel that it is the one, and decide before you really know what you are buying. I understand that feeling. But a home is likely the largest purchase you will ever make, and a decision that important deserves real information, not just a good first impression.

A home inspection gives you that information. Here is why I always recommend one before you commit.

E intrebarea pe care o aud cel mai des. Raspunsul scurt: nu e ca nu se vand. Se vand. Multe si destul de repede pentru piata din 2026. Doar ca nu toate, si nu in acelasi ritm.

In 2011 ne-am hotarat sa venim in Canada si am aplicat prin programul de imigrare pentru Quebec, unde la acel moment exista posibilitatea de a imigra printr-un program bazat pe limba franceza. Intregul proces a durat aproximativ trei ani, iar dupa aprobarea dosarului am ajuns in Canada, in Montreal, pe 13 mai 2014.
